Noel is an absolute miracle worker. I am a military officer, and we had a very tight window in which to ready the house, show it, and then close a deal. It was only through Noel's extensive connections to top-notch contractors that we were able to ready the house, and then through her marketing genius we secured a buyer in less than a week. We used Noel as our Listing Agent and as our Buying Agent...and we're very lucky that we did. We researched the market for nearly two years before placing our home for sale. Noel recommended a listing price that was dead-on to market, however she was very patient with us as we tried "our" slightly higher price for the first few weeks. When we reduced to Noel's recommended price, an offer (that went to settlement) came in within hours of the reduction. On the day before settlement, our buyer lost their loan because of a process issue even though the buyer was financially sound. Noel carried the torch for the transaction by helping the buyer (who was represented by another agent) to secure another loan while she continued to push for a quick closing. The buyer went from having no loan to successfully closing with us in less than 10 days! Noel helped us to avoid disaster by creating and executing an on-the-spot contingency plan that saved the settlement with almost no delay. From the beginning of our real estate search all of the way through the closing, Noel went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us find the perfect home. When my wife and I began our search, Noel educated us on market conditions, and gave us her opinion of the housing inventory available at the time.
